Upgrading your cpu and gpu will help with that. Try listing your computer full specs, we might be able to spot what is causing your issue, but its not likely the amount of vram.
Edit you did already ask this on the 14th, and you were advised its not your gpu. Scripts files have almost nothing to do with vram, scripts are ran by your cpu, your 2gb ti will be fine, its likely your cpu. Also from what I gather, everything was working fine till you installed the mod reshade. Its likely that mod is causing your issue. I just looked at that mod and the before and after screenshots, I personally think everything looks better without the mod.

FYI I just looked at the before and after screenshots, personally I prefer the way the game looks without it, but thats just personal opinion. Run the game without the mod, if your sill having issues, you may need to reinstall as it appears that mod does change game files. Fallout 4 requires a few INI tweaks in order to set up a clean and correct platform from which to start with. Failing to abide by this can cause issues down the road that make it harder to diagnose and pinpoint a problem.

I had this issue, but it gets resolved if you exit the game, go back on, and start downloading one or two mods at a time.
